00bet Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below when used with an initial capital letter:

• "00bet" or "Platform" — refers to the website 00bet.world and all Sports Betting, online casino, and other product services made available to the user.
• "User" or "you" — any individual, aged 18 or over, who has created an account on 00bet and uses the platform's services.
• "Account" — the personal, non-transferable profile created by the User upon registering on the 00bet platform.
• "Balance" — the amount in BRL (R$) available in the User's Account for placing bets and playing games, including real balance and bonus balance, where applicable.
• "Bonus" — any amount, free spin, or promotional advantage granted by 00bet to the User, always subject to specific terms of use.
• "Rollover" — the minimum wagering requirement the User must meet before requesting a withdrawal of funds derived from bonuses.
• "Pix" — the instant payment system operated by the Banco Central do Brasil, and the primary deposit and withdrawal method available on 00bet.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To create an account on 00bet and use the platform's services, Users must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF in good standing with the Receita Federal.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process, including full name, date of birth, CPF, email address, and mobile number.
• Not have been previously banned or suspended from any 00bet service.
• Do not create more than one account on the platform — each User is entitled to only one active account.

The 00bet reserves the right to request additional documents for identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, including a photo ID, proof of residence issued within the last 90 days, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide these documents when requested may result in temporary or permanent suspension of the Account.

3 User Account

The Account on 00bet is personal and non-transferable. The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials — username and password — and for all activities carried out on their Account. The 00bet recommends using strong passwords combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

If unauthorized access to your Account is suspected, the User must immediately notify 00bet via live chat or by emailing contato@00bet.world. The platform may temporarily suspend the Account while the situation is investigated, as a protective measure for the User.

• Each CPF may be linked to only one Account on the platform.
• Using accounts in someone else's name is not allowed, nor is transferring balance between different users' accounts.
• The User is responsible for keeping their registration details up to date. Outdated information may cause withdrawal delays or prevent identity verification.
• 00bet is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to the Account caused by the User's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials.

4 Deposits

The 00bet accepts the following deposit methods for users in Brazil:

• Pix — any financial institution (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, C6, Inter, and others). Instant processing, available 24 hours a day.
• Bank slip — processed within 1 business day after payment.
• Credit or debit card — accepted card networks as indicated on the platform at the time of deposit.
• PicPay — instant processing or within a few minutes.
• Mercado Pago — processing times are subject to the institution's own timelines.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. There is no globally defined maximum limit — individual limits may be applied based on the account profile and the chosen payment method. The 00bet does not charge fees on deposits made by the User, but Users should check with their financial institution whether any charges apply on the bank's end.

5 Withdrawals

Users may request a withdrawal of their available Account balance at any time, provided that:

• Identity has been verified (KYC complete) as requested by 00bet.
• There is no suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• The requested amount must come from real balance — bonus balance requires rollover completion before it can be withdrawn.

The primary withdrawal method available on 00bet is Pix. Pix withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes of approval by the platform's finance team, available 24 hours a day, including weekends and public holidays. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. The 00bet does not charge fees on withdrawals — the User receives the full amount requested.

The Pix key used for withdrawal must be registered in the name of the 00bet Account holder, matching the same CPF on file with the platform. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. 00bet may request additional documentation before processing high-value withdrawals or in cases where further identity verification is required.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

The 00bet periodically offers bonuses and promotions to its users, including welcome bonuses, freespins, cashback, boosted odds, and tournaments with real cash prizes. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which should be read carefully before activation.

The general rules that apply to all bonuses at the 00bet are:

• Each User is entitled to a single welcome bonus activation. Creating additional accounts to claim the bonus again is considered a violation of these Terms.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — you must meet the rollover requirement specified in the terms of the relevant promotion before converting the bonus into withdrawable funds.
• The rollover is calculated on the bonus amount received, multiplied by the number of times stated in each promotion. For example: a R$ 100.00 bonus with a 10x rollover requires total wagers of R$ 1,000.00 before withdrawal.
• Bets placed with bonus balance on markets with odds below 1.50 do not count toward rollover completion, unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms.
• Freespins are valid for 7 calendar days after activation. Winnings obtained with freespins are subject to the specific rollover described in the promotion's terms.
• 00bet reserves the right to cancel bonuses if promotional abuse is identified, including the creation of multiple accounts, low-risk betting to artificially meet rollover requirements, or any other behavior that constitutes bonus abuse.

7 Sports Betting

The Sports Betting services of 00bet cover more than 500 leagues and tournaments around the world, including Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Premier League, La Liga, Champions League, volleyball, NBB basketball, MMA/UFC, and many other sports. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is considered valid only after the on-screen confirmation showing the generated coupon number. Bets in processing are not guaranteed until final confirmation.
• Event cancellation: If an event is cancelled, postponed by more than 12 hours, or not completed, all bets on that event will be voided and the staked amounts returned to the User's balance.
• Void markets: Some bets may be declared void in specific situations — such as games interrupted by weather conditions, data transmission errors, or force majeure events. In these cases, staked amounts are fully refunded.
• Live betting: Live odds are updated in real time and may be temporarily suspended following significant events. Bets placed before an event occurs — such as a goal that has already been scored — that were not processed by the system prior to that event will be voided.
• Parlay bets: In parlays, all selections must win for the bet to pay out. A void selection in a parlay does not cancel the entire slip — the odds for that selection are treated as 1.00.
• Limits: 00bet reserves the right to set individual betting limits per event and per market, in accordance with its internal risk management criteria.

8 Online Casino

The online casino at 00bet offers over 3,000 games from internationally certified providers — including slots, live casino with HD dealers, crash games, bingo, scratch cards, and game shows. All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent auditors, ensuring results are entirely random and cannot be manipulated.

• The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is provided by the respective game supplier and can be found in the game information within the platform.
• Crash games like Aviator and Spaceman have minimum bets starting from R$ 0.10 per round.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 00bet. Violation of any of these items may result in immediate Account closure and balance retention:

• Creation of more than one Account on the platform by the same User or CPF.
• Providing false information or falsified documents during registration or the identity verification process.
• Use of bots, automated scripts, or any automation software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to collect bonuses, or placing artificially low-risk bets designed to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk exposure.
• Collusion with other users in Sports Betting or Live Casino games.
• Use of the platform for any form of money laundering or illegal activity.
• Use of the account by anyone under 18 or granting account access to third parties.
• Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.

10 Responsible Gambling

The 00bet believes that gaming and betting should be a form of entertainment — never a source of financial or personal hardship. To that end, the platform provides practical tools to help Users stay in control of their gaming experience:

• Deposit limit: Users can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit directly in their account settings.
• Loss limit: You can set a maximum loss limit per period, blocking any additional bets once the configured amount is reached.
• Session limit: The User can set a maximum duration for each gaming session before being automatically logged out.
• Self-exclusion: Users who want to take a break can request temporary self-exclusion (7 days, 30 days, 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion. During self-exclusion, account access is blocked and no bonuses are sent.
• Verified fact: The platform displays periodic notifications informing the User how long they have been playing and how much they have deposited/wagered in that session.

11 Account Closure

The User may request the voluntary closure of their Account at 00bet at any time, via live chat or by emailing contato@00bet.world. Prior to closure, any available real balance will be processed for withdrawal via Pix, following the standard verification procedures.

The 00bet reserves the right to close or suspend a User's Account, with or without prior notice, in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Activity suspected of fraud, money laundering, or use of the platform for illegal purposes.
• Account use by individuals under 18 years of age.
• Bonus abuse or collusion identified during an internal investigation.

In cases of closure due to a Terms violation, the 00bet may retain the available balance as an investigative measure. The User will be notified and will have the right to submit a response through the support channel. A balance confirmed as legitimate will be returned after the investigation concludes, provided the outcome is favorable to the User.

12 Privacy and LGPD

The 00bet handles its Users' personal data in full compliance with the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD). All information collected during registration, identity verification, and platform use is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption and used exclusively for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

The data collected is used for: User identification and verification, processing financial transactions, fulfilling legal and regulatory obligations, fraud prevention, and communicating relevant services and promotions. 13 Changes to Terms and Conditions

The 00bet reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without the need to individually notify each User in advance. Significant changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform and/or to the registered email address. The date of the most recent update will always be shown at the top of this document.

Continued use of the services of 00bet after the publication of changes to these Terms constitutes automatic acceptance of the new conditions. If you do not agree with the changes made, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the new conditions take effect. 14 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the User and 00bet regarding the use of the platform, superseding any prior agreements, verbal or written, on the same subject. 00bet's tolerance of any non-compliance does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce these terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or arbitration ruling, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of one clause does not affect the validity of the others.

Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising from the relationship between the User and 00bet should preferably be resolved amicably through the platform's support channel. For disputes that cannot be settled out of court, the jurisdiction of the User's place of residence in Brazil shall apply, as provided by the Consumer Protection Code.
